4 cl of Ecorce du Clos Orange
12 cl of Fentimans - Premium Tonic (or other tonic or strongly sparkling water like San Pellegrino)
1 trait of Blackcurrant from Clos Saint Joseph

In a shaker, 6 cl of Marc de Bourgogne, 4 cl of Orange Peel. Add ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Put into a glass then add 12 cl of Fentimans - Premium Tonic. Add an orange zest and grate a little tonka bean. To play on the density, a trait of Cassis. Delicious !

12 cl of Fentimans Valencian Orange (or other tonic or strongly sparkling water like San Pellegrino)
1 trait of Blackcurrant from Clos Saint Joseph

In a shaker, 6 cl of Ô DE JÔ, 4 cl of Orange Peel. Add ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Put into a glass then add 12 cl of Fentimans - Valencian Orange. A trait of Cassis. A peel of lemon. It's ready !

12 cl of Fentimans - Oriental Yuzu (or other tonic or strongly sparkling water like San Pellegrino)

In a shaker, 6 cl of Ô DE JŌ, 4 cl of lemon peel. Add ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Put into a glass then add 12 cl of Fentimans - Premium Tonic. Add a mint leaf or lemon zest.
