Our Cassis liqueur is made exclusively with blackcurrant berries from the Noire de Bourgogne variety. Grown in Burgundy, we collect our berries at the end of the row on harvest day. Our raw material is thus very fresh.

The berries are then the subject of all our attention. Passed through then sorted by hand, they are then immersed in a large bath of alcohol to fix the aromas and anthocyanins.

We then take our time to add the right amount of sugar to find the perfect balance between hardiness, acidity and fruitiness of our blackcurrant.

A great product that can complement all cocktails but which can above all be consumed alone.
