THE ECORCE DU CLOS - THE SUN SETS DOWN  IN MEURSAULT

Our  liqueurs (lemon, clementine, orange and pink grapefruit)  are made from citrus peel  untreated after harvest.  The zests undergo an alcoholic maceration for several weeks. Spices are incorporated as the maceration progresses to enhance the aromas.  

Our liqueurs have a beautiful aromatic intensity.
